Eligibility for Returns
At Essential Deals London LTD, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a simple and transparent refund and returns process.
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered. Products that are damaged due to misuse, altered, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are non-returnable due to hygiene or safety reasons. These include personal care items, consumables, and products marked as final sale. Please review product details carefully before placing your order.
How to Request a Return

Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original product and place a new order.
